How to Change Download Settings for Cellular Data

  1. Go to the Settings app.
  2. Select iTunes & App Store.
  3. Under Cellular Data, select App Downloads.

  4. Select Always Allow. This will let you download apps of any size over cellular data without having to give permission each time.
